Sound Proofing…what we know best. One of the most rewarding and enjoyable enhancement you can do for your ride is to sound proof it. Whether you have a Mercedes or a Proton, all cars benefit tremendously from extra sound proofing. Especially with modern cars where manufacturing cost saving is a major factor.
The first thing one must understand is that you can never fully sound-proof a moving vehicle. The important thing is that you can reduce the amount of external noise, vibration and resonance. Any car will feel like a million bucks with a proper full sound proofing treatment. A quieter ride, less distraction, and an overall more comfortable environment are what you can expect when you sound proof your car.
Is there a best product to make my car quieter and more luxurious?
NO. Noise is Energy. Energy cannot be created nor destroyed. It can only be transferred or transformed. In a moving vehicle, we have a multitude of different noises to contend with… vibrations, resonance, external noise, tire & wind noise, etc, etc. As such, there is NO single product that is fully effective in solving all these different noises. Different noises require different solutions. We have our special propiertory process which combines different materials to treat... ° Resonance - The sub-sonic frequencies, 50 Hz and below. This irritating drone is most disturbing as it is amplified by the hollow sections of the car's chassis.
° Vibration Damping - The frequencies between 50 Hz to 1000 Hz. This is caused by vibrating panels like doors, floor-pan that is translated to noise. ° Sound Damping - This is to absorb air borne noise, from 1K Hz to 5 K Hz, created by wind, tires, traffic etc ° Contact Damping - Noise created by mechanical movements eg. trim panel vibrations. ° External & Wind Noise - that seeps through the door sills 1) SOUND PROOFING MATS

The first step to sound proofing is to apply Mass Damping pads to reduce panel vibrations. We use a combination of different brands for their effectiveness in specific applications.
  Example: we prefer Co-Polymer mats for wheel arches as they are very malleable and can be shaped to the curved contours for best results.
Bonus: With our special “Heat-Bonding” technique, this also helps reinforce & strengthen the body for extra rigidity. Application: doors, floor boards, firewall, roof panel, wheel arches, trunk floor, side panels.
2) INSULATION
InsuMat
Special adhesive closed celled foam sheets to absorb and disperse sound.
Bonus: Helps reduce heat significantly.

 3) AUTOFOAM - the 1st step in sound proofing your car.
Injected into the hollow sections of a car’s chassis to absorb & block out Noise, Vibration & Harshness (NVH).
AUTOFOAM, by strengthening the chassis is also the most effective solution to help eliminate body creaks & groans.
Application: A, B, C, D pillars, Side Sills ( Rocker panels), Undercarriage, Body cross members, roof rails etc.
 4) VIVA Door Barrier Strips
Specially ribbed rubber strips applied on door frames to reduce wind, external, road noise.
Application: on doors, car body door frames.
 5) WURTH Sound Deadening and Underbody Spray
The Final touch to a more Luxurious and Comfortable ride.
